After the expiry of your free trial, you can continue your membership by choosing one of our great value subscription packages which start at only £12.99 in the UK, $24.00 in the USA, $26.00 (CAD) in Canada, $27.00 (AUD) in Australia, $29.00 (NZD) in New Zealand and €18 in Ireland.

What features are available to members?
As a member you can:

• Search our database for members who conform to your specified criteria and who live in your own local area.
• Send messages to, and receive messages from other members.
• Check all the messages you send/receive as they are archived in your "Sent Messages" folder and your "Inbox".
• Add members to your "Friends" list (your favourite members) and see who has added you to their list of favourites.
• See at a glance who has viewed your profile.
• Chat in 'real time' with any other member who is on line at the same time as you.

Are there any other features I should know about?
We also offer an exciting text chat service (only available to UK residents) which enables you to use your mobile 'phone to have lots of flirty fun with other women in your specified age range and location. How much information should I provide in my profile?
We recommend that not only should all the fields in your profile be completed in full, but that you should be as open and candid about yourself as possible. The more information you give, the more likely you are to be contacted by people who are just right for you. If your profile looks like you can't be bothered to say much about yourself, then other members will not bother to write to you.

Is it compulsory to upload a photo?
No it isn't; however, we strongly advise you to upload at least one photo as profiles with accompanying photos receive many more responses than those without. You will find instructions on how to submit your photo(s) when you complete the sign-up process.

How safe is the site?
Your safety and security is of paramount importance to us. Your name and personal contact details are not made available to other members as you choose a username which will be your on-site identity when you join PlanetSappho and all messages are sent/received via our secure internal messaging system which means that your real email address is never revealed. You can also block any member from mailing you if you don't wish to receive further messages from that person.

Will my personal details be passed to third parties?
We adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998 and your details will never be given or sold to any third party not associated with this company.

Can I put my membership on hold?
You can do this at any time by clicking on 'Suspend Account' on your membership homepage. Once you do this, your profile will no longer be viewable by other members. You will be able to reactivate your account at any time.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by sending us a request by email. Once your membership is cancelled, your profile will be removed permanently from the site.

Who owns PlanetSappho and can I contact you?
PlanetSappho is owned by Not Just Another Dot Com Company Ltd and is based in London. If your question has not been answered in any of these paragraphs, click on "Contact Us" above and email us with your query. We welcome feedback from our members and we guarantee a prompt reply.

What precautions should I take before meeting another member?
We recommend that before you agree to go on a date with anyone, you should speak to them on the telephone first and be in receipt of the full name and contact number of that person before you both meet. You should not arrange to meet anyone who you haven't actually spoken to first.
